Tuesday's workout (so far): Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance
For the past 2 mornings I have set my alarm for 4:50 a.m. to meet my friend Autumn at our gym at work in the group fitness room to do Insanity.
Setting an alarm for a time that starts with a 4 might be the definition of insanity.

However, I love how I feel after getting a workout in so early. Especially such a nice intense workout.

We are not following the plan exactly how it is meant to be done, but I am training for a marathon so I am pretty sure that a 16-22 mile run is sufficient enough to take the place of the Pure Cardio days.
Let's just hope I can squeeze a run in tonight before I collapse out of exhaustion.
You ARE insane! How do you manage on so little sleep? Oh yeah, I forgot, you don't need to sleep like mortal humans (see: summer 2000!). You never seize to impress me, dear friend. Miss ya!!!
ReplyDeleteI need WAY more sleep than I did back then! However, I do think I have more energy when I work out in the morning. Miss you too!
