I got back to my running club this weekend, and boy did it feel great! I got to run with my good friend Maureen again. I have really missed running with her. On our run we set our plan for the spring marathon season!
I made this delicious crustless quiche after running on Saturday.

This will be marathon #9 in state #6. Marshall University, here we come!
I seem to have mastered the taper on this race. Not so much the training though. Oh well, you win some and lose some! I just want to finish.
Goals for this week:
*Drink even more water than normal
*Stretch and foam roll
*Stay positive
*Get a few short runs in
*Wear compression on my calves
Here's to hoping this isn't my slowest marathon!
I bet this will be your most relaxed one yet and just for that reason alone you'll do brilliantly!!!
