Back to the gym

Today's workout: 30 minutes on this boring machine.

Strength training via a Shape Magazine article and a few extras I threw in.

Gym, grocery, library, gas station all before 8:30a.m.! Another productive day off topped off with relaxing at the pool.

The day flew by and now it's time to start getting ready to watch the US take on Brazil tonight!

  3. Love the third pic. What's that elastic thing called that you're pulling with your feet? From what I can see it certainly does work cause those sure look like strong legs. Keep it up.
